Payments run through Stripe
Every card, whether it's a customer paying an invoice, approving a quote deposit, or a staff member charging a card on file, is processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into a field hosted by Stripe and never pass through or get stored on Zebu's own servers.
Per employee permissions, down to the resource
An owner can restrict exactly what an admin or manager is allowed to view, edit, or delete, one area of the app at a time, Clients and Payments and Reports and everything else, independently. It is not one single staff role that sees everything.
Where your data lives
Zebu runs on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Backend integrations (Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google) are connected via their own official, audited APIs, not scraped from a screen or reverse engineered.
