An invoice posts to Xero when it is sent. Point Zebu at the Tax Rate name already set up in Xero, and tax lands on the invoice the way your accountant expects.
Payments, recorded to your bank account
Every card and manual payment is recorded against the bank account you choose in Xero, so an invoice shows paid in both places without anyone retyping it.
Refunds and voids
A refund posts as a credit note with a refund payment from your bank, and voiding one voids the credit note, so a reversal in Zebu is a real reversal in Xero.
Processing fees on their own line
The card processing fee on a Stripe payment is recorded as its own spend transaction, so your Xero bank balance matches what actually landed, not the invoice total.
Technician hours to Xero Projects
Completed hours can post to Xero Projects, one project per client, for businesses that track time there. It is off by default, so nothing syncs until you switch it on.
Connect once, sync automatically from then on
Settings, then Integrations, then Connect Xero. Approve the connection in Xero and you are done. Map your Tax Rate, choose whether hours sync to Xero Projects, and import your existing Xero customers whenever you like.
